This series of materials is a new type of material developed by our company for the roll rings of the PSM three roll reducing and sizing mill special steel bar production line. The hardness is HRC60-63, and the uniformity of the roll surface hardness is ≤ 1.5HRC. The hardness difference is small, and the single grinding amount (reduction) is ≤ 0.8mm. This material has high wear resistance and impact toughness under thermal load, so the product not only has high wear resistance, but also is less prone to ring burst phenomenon than hard alloy when rolling large-sized bars with a diameter of over 20. At the same time, it has good processing performance and can be processed with a CNC lathe, with high processing efficiency and can reduce the amount of backup rollers. The total amount of steel passing through each group of roller rings can reach over 80% of that of hard alloy roller rings, which is more than 25% higher than that of similar products at home and abroad, and has a high cost-effectiveness advantage. Especially suitable for rolling large-sized special steel bars with a diameter of over 20.
