This series of materials is a new wear-resistant material developed by our company for the roll rings of the bar production line of the cantilever rolling mill. The roll surface hardness is HSD80-85, the hardness drop/10mm is ≤ 3HSD, and the single grinding amount is small. It can be used for 8-10 cycles, and the total steel passing amount can reach 4 times that of ductile iron roll rings, which is more than 25% higher than similar products at home and abroad. This material has high wear resistance under thermal load and can be used continuously for 8-12 hours before changing slots, effectively improving the operating rate, reducing faults and energy consumption, and reducing the labor intensity of workers. At the same time, there will be no falling blocks and the processing difficulty is low. All precision rolling runs of bar production lines suitable for cantilever mills. Can adapt to rolling temperatures between 900 ℃ and 1050 ℃.
