This series of materials is a new type of material developed by our company for the clamping roller rings on high-speed wire and bar production lines, with a hardness of HSD88-93. Uniformity of roller surface hardness: ≤ 3HSD. Hardness drop/10mm: ≤ 2HSD, single grinding amount (reduction): ≤ 0.8mm. This material has high wear resistance and impact toughness under thermal load, so the product not only has high wear resistance, but also is less prone to ring explosion in the clamping process with larger material shape, faster operating speed, and greater impact force than hard alloy. At the same time, it has good processing performance and can be processed with a CNC lathe, with high processing efficiency and can reduce the amount of backup rollers. The total amount of steel passing through each group of roller rings can reach over 70% of that of hard alloy roller rings, and the price is less than 40% of that of hard alloy roller rings, which has a very high cost performance advantage. Suitable for the clamping process on high-speed wire and bar production lines.
