This series of materials is a new type of wear-resistant material developed by our company based on the pre cut rolling conditions of multi line slitting. The roller surface hardness is HSD78-83, the hardness drop/10mm is ≤ 3HSD, the single grinding amount is small, and it can be used for 8-10 cycles. The steel passing amount in a single groove can reach 4-5 times that of ductile iron rolls, which is more than twice that of high boron rolls. This material has high wear resistance and impact toughness under thermal load, and can be used continuously for 22-24 hours before changing slots, effectively improving the operating rate, reducing faults and energy consumption, and reducing the labor intensity of workers. At the same time, there will be no falling blocks and the processing difficulty is low. Suitable for pre cutting frames of multi line cutting and rolling of bars. Can adapt to rolling temperatures between 900 ℃ and 1050 ℃.
