This series of materials is a new type of wear-resistant material developed by our company based on the cutting and rolling conditions of multi line cutting and rolling. The roller surface hardness is HSD73-78, the hardness drop/10mm is ≤ 3HSD, and the single grinding amount is small. It can be used for 8-10 cycles, and the amount of steel passing through a single groove can reach 4-5 times that of ductile iron rollers, which is more than twice that of high boron rollers. This material has high wear resistance and impact toughness under thermal load, and can be used continuously for 22-24 hours before changing slots, effectively improving the operating rate, reducing faults and energy consumption, and reducing the labor intensity of workers. At the same time, there will be no falling blocks and the processing difficulty is low. Suitable for multi line slitting and rolling of bars. Can adapt to rolling temperatures between 900 ℃ and 1050 ℃.
