This series of materials is a new type of wear-resistant material developed by our company based on different production lines and working conditions of rolling rolls. The roll surface hardness is HSD82-89, the hardness drop/10mm is ≤ 3HSD, and the single grinding amount is small. It can be used for 8-10 cycles, and the total steel passing amount can reach 4 times that of ductile iron rolling rolls, which is more than 30% higher than the steel passing amount of similar domestic products. This material has high wear resistance under thermal load and can be used continuously for 8-12 hours before changing slots, effectively improving the operating rate, reducing faults and energy consumption, and reducing the labor intensity of workers. At the same time, there will be no falling blocks and the processing difficulty is low. Suitable for the rolling of small steels such as bars, wires, and angle steels, including finished products and pre finished frames of bar rolling lines, pre finished four frames of high wire pre precision rolling, finished products and pre finished frames of flat and narrow strip steels. Can adapt to rolling temperatures of 780 ℃ -1050 ℃.
